I am licensed in Tennessee and Mississippi and work the Mid-South area primarily. I was born & raised in the Memphis area. I have a business background as a CPA & run my office in a professional manner with a special focus on customer service. I work hard for my clients, whether they are buyers or sellers, to help them achieve their goals in their established time frames. I love working referrals.
My goal as a listing agent is to help you sell your home for the highest price, in the shortest period of time, with the least amount of inconvenience to you. My goal as a selling agent is to educate you on the buying process and keep you informed of ALL homes on the market that fit your needs, including foreclosures and for sale by owners. I will email you new listings the DAY they come on the market. I will negotiate the best price for your new home. I have several designations, including ABR-Accredited Buyer Representative & e-PRO, internet professional. As an ABR, I am in a group of about 50,000 realtors who are on the cutting edge of real estate services – those who offer buyer representation.
